Yes, this is an unashamed reference to Harlen Ellison’s short-story ‘I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream’. It’s quite a marvelous story truth be told; however, this site isn’t holding me hostage to routinely torture me into writing.

I’m not being forced against my will to spill word-art of emotions into the machine. I’m surely not writing this under duress.

Although I’m certain this site will be crawled, categorized, reviewed, sanitized, digested, and then fed into another.

For lack of a better way of expressing this; I’m doing this out of a whim from within. To expose myself to the world as something else. Someone else. Someone who is just another human being experiencing life in their own way. To act from a place of geniune expression in a world where most find experience missing…something they quite can’t piece together. In a roundabout way, my inner-expression through writing might be the very words you’re looking for. And for that, I would be truly at peace.
